Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Union Payroll Administrator / Certified Payroll Specialist to manage high-volume payroll operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive union payroll experience and a strong understanding of certified payroll compliance, multi-state payroll processing, and payroll reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle union payroll accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports
• Manage union reporting and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
• Process payroll for multiple states and business entities
• Handle high-volume payroll processing with accuracy and attention to detail
• Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies
• Generate payroll reports and maintain compliance documentation

Qualifications

? Union payroll experience required
? Certified payroll experience required
? Strong knowledge of union reporting requirements
? Experience with multi-state and multi-entity payroll processing
? Ability to manage high-volume payroll workloads
? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
? Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
